Where do you even start to thank the doctors, nurses, staff, and organizations that came alongside us through this very difficult time in our lives and in Cassie’s?  The list is long, and so many were involved that it would be very difficult to remember all and list them here, but there are a few we would like to thank specificity:

Scribner, MD; Sarah Alley, MSN, WHNP-BC; Ivor Benjamin, MD; Terry Lee, MD and all the staff and nurses at Arizona Center for Cancer Care.  Your love and care for Cassie was tremendous and you all went above and beyond just the treatment of Cassie – you loved her.
