One of my favorite memories of Cassie was when she sang the following song to her brand new niece, Charlotte. She started out singing a made-up song, “Precious Charlotte, precious Charlotte, you’re my one and only precious Charlotte…“.
Then she stopped and started singing this song to Charlotte. I had never heard it before, and I had never heard Cassie sing it either. It has become a favorite of mine, and I will sing it every once in a while. The song is a great reminder for all believers in Jesus to sing.
It was a very precious moment for Cassie to hold little Charlotte and her very tender kiss of endearment at the end of her song that she sang to her.
